COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Package - If you choose a preset wedding ceremony package, the coordinators responsibilities include handling the booking of the ceremony officiate, location (if required), legal wedding documentation (when required), flowers, photographer and supervising and directing the wedding ceremony. A pre-wedding meeting before the wedding is also included.

Custom - If you are customizing your wedding, the coordinators responsibilities include handling the booking of the ceremony officiate, location(s), legal wedding documentation (when required), flowers, photographer, transportation, music, video or any other services required. Reception arrangements also include booking of location and or caterer, providing the menu options and prices, handeling all arrangements and supervising the wedding on location. Coordinating also includes a pre-wedding meeting before the wedding and ceremony rehearsal a day before the wedding if required. Additional coordinating services available include arrangements for rehearsal dinner or pre or post wedding events and tours. Group rates available through your coordinator.

Civil Wedding - In either case, if you decide to legalize your marriage in Puerto Vallarta, your wedding coordinator will provide the information and instructions you need to prepare your documents, required by the Civil Registry of Puerto Vallarta. On the Friday morning before the wedding, your Coordinator will personally pick up and take the bride and groom to the prenuptial briefing, blood tests and then back to thier hotel or villa. The Wedding Coordinator will then process the paperwork with the Civil Registry and make the final arrangements with the Judge.

Timeline - Planning your destination wedding is done in phases, starting with the booking of your wedding location, officiate, coordinator, photographer and musicians The rest of the arrangments such as flowers, decorations, transportation, etc. are reserved during the second phase, 4 to 6 months before the wedding date.
