Brisa and Edie’s wedding was in the amazing Villa Verano. There were 85 guests attending, while there were 23 of the family who stayed at the villa. This incredible villa was the perfect setting for such a wedding in October.
They had a civil ceremony presented by the Civil Registry of Puerto Vallarta Judge. The coordinators arranged the birth certificate translations and took the couple to do the blood test and briefing.
There were lots of flowers that adorned the ceremony, cocktail area and dinner reception. bridesmaid dress are gren and the groom was wearing a gray suit with a striped shirt and green tie.
The bridal bouquet was made of yellow calla lilies and yellow cymbidium orchids. The bridesmaid’s bouquets were small hand tied yellow calla lilies bouquets. The boutonniere for the groom was made of yellow calla lily. The 2 mom’s wore corsages of yellow calla lily.
The ceremony altar was a wooden altar with white and grey fabrics and yellow flowers consisting of white and yellow roses, yellow stocks, white iris and mums. There were yellow roses floral balls for the ceremony aisle and numerous small flower balls and silver lanterns with pillar candles for the lounge tables and cocktail tables.
For the ceremony music, the Eddie and Brisa liked the idea of a real traditional mini mariachi with 3 players, with guitar, trumpet and bass guitar. They played amazing!
The pool had floating floral arrangement of white irises, yellow spider mums and pillar candles. The dinner tables were dressed with tall white calla lilies with approx. 7 votive candles surrounding the centerpieces.
At the reception the napkins were adorned with small yellow and green dendrobium orchids for each napkin next to tropical leaves for place settings.
The lighting for the dinner area consisted of silver star lanterns, custom made wiring, bulbs and silver lanterns. There was also lighting for the beach club area with around 40 small grey lanterns and small candles and approx. 60 luminaries. The florist also made signs for the wedding reception and ceremony areas.
At the reception a long rectangular table was set up for the bridal party table and round tables for the guests tables.
DJ Roberto’s set up a great sound systems for the ceremony, cocktail, dinner and dancing locations, he had all the music you need in all genres available and running all audio and music for ceremony, cocktail, dinner and dancing.
There was also a salsa band of 3 players for a 1 hour show after dinner. The wedding cake was a 3 tier cake with two layers vanilla cake and 1 layer red velvet cake.
The Photographer was Aldo Tovar provided a custom package to suite the couples needs.
For the party, the area was set up with a dance floor surrounded by a gazebo frame, white fabrics and lighting and a white dance floor and twinkle lighting over the dance floor. The surrounding area had lounge furniture set up consisting of 6 lounge sets and each set included 2 sofas (love seat), white puffs (cube seats) and 1 chocolate drink table for each set.
The coordinators arranged the transportation from Villa Premiere Hotel to Villa Verano. The wedding signs were 3 signs “Baron Brown Wedding for the streets to direct guests to the villa.
