Our pool area has been completely remodeled and now features two swimming pools and two large hot tubs, swinging beds in cabanas all with waves splashing just 10 feet below. In the pool area you will also find our Playa Fiesta Restaurant covered by an intimate palapa roof with bamboo cabanas and swirling fans. There you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner or perhaps late evening drinks. Our new Executive Chef, Sergio Guzman, studied in Queretaro Mexico before becoming an executive chef at high end 5 star hotels in Puerto Vallarta. The menu is a terrific mix of Californian cuisine and Mexican fare, using the local fresh fish and spices as its basis.
