2007 Rates (All rates include tax)

All rates are per night and include tax for a maximum of 16 guests in the 8 bedroom rental. There is an additional $50 per person per day charge should there be more than number of guest paid for in the rental villa. Max 20 guests.

A $1000.00 refundable security deposit is due with final payment. Should you be booking an event at the villa, the security deposit will be $2000.00. Should there be an event held at the villa, there is a one nights additional rental fee. All events must be requested for in advance of villa rental.

We are more than happy to negotiate all offers of smaller groups looking for 4, 5, 6, or 7 bedroom bookings for low season rentals. We can make deals on last minute bookings also.
